National Highway – Kolhapur Belgaum Stretch

For the CWCT, standardized rigid structures are employed. Standardized sections allow multiple re-uses in a variety of CWCTs, Box Culverts etc.

For vehicular under-pass and Grade Separators, which are long and large in size, specially designed construction system for, stage wise concreting was supplied. To facilitate these formworks, mobile trolley system was deployed. As an unique feature, for easy identification of the formwork for Different structures, special colour coding was employed.

Superior manufacturing processe s were used to achieve high quality panel surfaces resulting in extremely good casting finishes and quality. Special sliding arrangement for quick and positive shuttering and de-shuttering was provided.

Construction systems were supplied for Pier and Pier Caps of various shapes and sizes. Necessary facilities, including scaffolding, structure and access facilities were part of the supplies. Utilization of modular panels catered to requirement of different heights of Piers Part of the supplies.

Bajaj is committed to support the thrust of the Government of India for the unique network of National Highways.The essential construction systems for Box Culverts, CWCTs, Grade Separators, major and minor bridges and their components, are part of Pranav’s contribution to this project.

The formwork supplied is of standardized section for the different units. The sections are light and easily handled. This facilitates high efficiency in required, mobile trolley systems with quality accessories were utilized combined with standard panels and accessories.
