The home of India’s leading industrialist, Mukesh Ambani is set to make history standing at 173 m, 530 ft; making it the Tallest Single Residence, Tallest Living Wall and Tallest Garden… truly a revolution in skyscrapers design.The height of the Perkins + Will-designed 27 storey tower would be equivalent to 60 floors of a normal building/apartment.The design, fabrication & erection of 14 Circular columns of dia 1.6 m, diverging from the 9th floor and reaching the 13th floor of the complex was handled by Bajaj. These columns, called Raker Columns are approximately 23 m in height. They take full load of 13 storeys (approximately 250 Tones) above the inclined columns. The task called for high accuracy in fabrication & erection to thetune of +/-2 mm. Bajaj has successfully delivered to these requirements, and the project is well underway.
Samundra Township Project, Mundra (Gujarat)
Adani Group is in the process of setting up an integrated mass housing township at Mundra, Gujarat in a phased manner. The company aimed to achieve standardized construction in optimum time. For this project, Bajaj has successfully designed, manufactured and supplied Tunnel Formwork of 354 tonnes for 2 BHK buildings. This technology facilitates rapid construction of multiple units of a repetitive type, achieved with a sort of assembly line production by deployment of a few semi-skilled labors. The total cycle time of 3 days can be achieved, which includes assembly, concreting, striking & taking the forms to next floor for assembly.
Down Town Jebel Ali
The Dh 70 billion township Downtown Jebel Ali project, which is being developed by Limitless, a Dubai World company has awarded Japan’s Taisei Corporation for US $354 million (AED 1.3 billion) for four buildings – two residential and two commercial – which will be situated in the East Quarter of the development.
Bajaj is ecstatic to be associated with Taisei for this project, which gives it first footing in Commercial / Residential segment in U.A.E. Bajaj will supply Kickers 204 sets with height of 200 mm and 154 sets of column formwork ranging from 0.5 mtr. dia to 1.4 mtr. dia with height of 3 mtr. to 3.54 mtr. with Reckli finish.
Shantigram Meadows, Ahmedabad, India
Shantigram Meadows, located off the Sarkhej Gandhinagar highway is Gujarat’s largest residential township currently under construction. Bajaj has supplied Lift wall formwork for the 17 towers being constructed by Vascon of 19 storied for this project. As per the feedback we have from our sources, the specially designed formwork has greatly enhanced lift wall construction to such an extent that the slabs are not able to catch the speed of the lifts which are being done by conventional systems, which otherwise is other way round.
Deepak Nyngoara, Tanzania, South Africa.
This project marks Pranav’s foray into the African continent.Bajaj has designed, manufactured and supplied Vertis system to M/s Mohammed Builders of Tanzania for a 23 storied residential building in association with the leading Indian exporter Soni Impex. The Vertis panels will be used for the application of Shear Wall & Coloums. Bajaj has successfully delivered these requirements, and the project is well underway.
Botanika, Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Bajaj has supplied Convert system for Shear walls, columns & for retaining walls. In addition Bajaj has also carried out extensive site training for their Engineers & workers which was appreciated by one and all at the site. The benefits of which is reaped by the entire team at site today.
DSIIDC EWS Housing Project Delhi India
As per the new initiative by the Delhi government, the contractor is executing the project, where it would construct 4560 EWS houses as part of low-cost housing for urban poor/slum rehabilitation. Total time period of completion is 18 months and the project is expected to be executed by December 2013.
DSIIDC is using low cost construction technology – Precast RCC Planks and joist roofing System.
Oberoi Mixed Use Project, Mumbai, India
The high rise mixed use development at Worli, Mumbai has three phases comprising of a residential tower, commercial office space and a luxury hotel. The building is designed by KPF (Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates), USA, one of the leading architectural firms of the world. The structural consultant is LERA (Leslie E. Robertson Associates), USA, again one of the leading structural engineering consultants of the world. Other than this, several other leading world-renowned consultants for services like wind engineering, façade engineering, MEP services, vertical transportation, landscaping and quantity surveys are already on board for this project. Bajaj has designed and supplied 10 sets (287 sq,m) of Alvert with Laminex formwork systems , which covers entire column and shear wall for residential tower, which is of 84 stories. The system is so flexible that client uses in various vertical applications like retaining wall, water tank, etc.
Blue Ridge, Pune
Blue Ridge located at Hinjewadi, consists of high rise apartments ( 20 buildings, 25 floors each), luxury villas, etc. The customer was very clear from the very beginning that they wanted a light weight system, crane free with high repetition and faster cycle time. Since Bajaj’s Alvert system fits the bill in all the aspects, the decision making process was very fast for the customer.
Dosti Vihar, Thane
Dosti Vihar is residential Project in the City Of Lakes – Thane. The project is designed by Archetype Architect and offers excellent amenities. During Construction, it was realized that a special formwork is required for maintain the slab cycle time since a lot of time was consumed for the lift core. This led to the discussion between Dosti group and Bajaj for this special structure and its fast casting methodology. Bajaj has supplied approximately 100sqm Formwork of Alvert System in current phase with a arrangement for lifting and casting on the next floor along with the slab maintaining verticality within the core. The choice of formwork Panels as made in such a way that same formwork can also be used for Shear Walls & Columns.
Trump Towers, Kalyani Nagar, Pune
Trump Towers situated at Kalyani Nagar, Pune with 44 luxurious planned single-floor condominiums across two towers of 22 storey each. This prestigious project demanded speed, quality, safety and smooth finish. The customer had selected Pranav’s Aludek system which is a value for money product due to its light weight aluminium frame, high repetition and ease in erection and dismantling. Aludek also qualifies for the project demand of safety and finish.
Samadhan Apartments, Mumbai
Poddar Matushree Group is developing their most ambitious residential project “Samadhan Apartments” at Goregaon in Mumbai. Bajaj is assisting in creating RCC framed structure of the apartment by supplying Almon System for Lift Core, Shear Wall & most critical structure of the apartment “Chajjas”. Tying the wedge and pin with a wire rope resulted not only in quick assembly but also has given the contractors a big relief by preventing loss at site while dismantling.
Residential towers project at Shil-Junction, Thane
This residential towers project at Shil-Junction, Thane is an ultra-modern township with 23 luxurious towers of 28 storey’s each. Due to our excellent past performance, we have been chosen as a solo supplier for all their formwork requirements.
Bajaj entered the project at a very initial stage as a formwork supplier for Retaining wall & supplied 20RM Almon System. We have developed special sacrificial tie plate to meet the requirement of avoiding through and through hole in the wall. After completing casting of 550 RM Retaining wall, the same formwork will be utilized for Shear Wall casting. Erection time for 20m retaining wall is 1 hour and is completed by only 3 workers.
